The blue background is representative of the heavens and of the Holy Spirit (Exodus 13:38). The waves of energy are captured radiating from the dove, emitting waves of power.

"When the Day of Pentecost had come, they were all with one accord in one place"
(Acts 2:l).

The portrayal of the apostles has been dramatically created to try and capture the power of being "slain" in the Spirit. Also, this depiction has been fashioned into a crown. The crown consists of six apostles with twelve hands lifted and reaching for the Holy Spirit, which represent the twelve tribes of Israel. The central figure with His back turned represents Jesus in Spirit. Incorporated into the lower left corner of the crown is a sheath of wheat. Opposite, in the lower right corner, is the word "Shavuot" written in Hebrew. PENTECOST - Greek language meaning Fifty
